How long will it take to receive my Grand Gait order? We offer three reliable shipping tiers to get you moving as quickly as possible:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For when you need to make an impression, fast.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We ship to all valid residential and business addresses within the USA, including P.O. Boxes.

SIZING & COMFORT

How do I find my perfect fit? Footwear sizing can vary by style. Please refer to our Size Guide [Link] which includes a CM/Inches conversion chart. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.

Do your shoes require a "break-in" period? Most of our footwear is designed with soft-flex technology for immediate comfort. However, like any quality shoe, they will mold even better to your feet after the first few wears.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you to love your gait! If you’re not 100% satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging (shoe box included) within 30 days of delivery.

How do I start a return? Simply contact our support team at info@grandgait.myshopify.com with your order number. Please note that return shipping labels are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
